I went to the range early in the morning before work to sneak in a session to shoot my newly acquired Glock 20 SF Gen 3 in 10mm Auto. This is my first new Glock since 2015 (Glock 26 Gen 4).
I have long been wanting a pistol for the field/wilderness scenarios and was actually considering a S&W in .44 Magnum for some time. But I settled on a Glock in 10mm for familiarity (semi-auto) as well as faster followup shots.
With the possible ban of Glock Gen 3 pistols in California, I figured now is a good time to pick one up.
