Range Vlog #342 – 2025-11-11

I went to the range for a mid-morning session to sight in a newly acquired Nightforce Optics NX8 4-32x50mm F1 TREMOR5 scope. I acquired this scope to diagnose / troubleshoot the huge vertical stringing (3″ at 100) and zero shift I have been encountering.

After this range session, I will need to test from session to session with cold bore shots plus a few rounds to see if the zero is continuing to shift. If it stops, I may have to send in the Leupold Mark 4HD to get serviced.
