I finally got some trigger time since my last range trip on 12/23. I was unable to get any range time in during my Christmas to New Year break because the heavy rains in Southern California in the latter part of December resulted in in-accessible ranges.
1N33 Meyers Canyon Road leading to the WEGC gate was very washed out with a heavy running creek. Furthermore, my alternate range, Desert Marksmen in Palmdale, was closed because they restrict access when it rains or snows.
Unfortunately, the winds were consistently 15mph+ and gusting beyond 20mph this weekend. But I wanted to get to the range and continue testing the Barnes 7mm 160gr LRX in my 7mm PRC build and reconfirm the windage zero on my NRL Hunter rig because I adjusted scope in the rings for proper leveling.
