5 to 4: Victory for gun rights

posted in: General, Shooting 0

News broke early this morning that the Supreme Court has ruled that the Washington DC gun ban is unconstitutional by a vote of 5 to 4. This ruling is groundbreaking in that this is the first time the Supreme Court has ever made a decision on case regarding the Second Amendment of the Constitution.

The real question now is how will cities such as San Francisco and Chicago respond to the ruling, since those cities have similar bans on pistols as the Washington DC law that has now been struck down.
