Range Vlog #102 – 2020-02-24

• Range: Desert Marksmen Rifle and Pistol Club Range Facility (Palmdale, CA)

Went out to the Desert Marksmen range in Palmdale for the first time since September 2019 to take the Vudoo out beyond 200 yards. Having some fun with ELR Rimfire / 22ELR / 22 ELR shooting. Shot at 300 and 400 yards in some unfriendly wind conditions for 22LR.

FYI: Based on trajectory drop, 400 yards with .22LR is about equivalent to 1300 yards with a .308 Winchester / 7.62 NATO firing the 175gr SMK, or 1500 yards with a 6.5mm Creedmoor firing a 140gr Hornady ELD Match.
