I went out to the range on a Wednesday morning to run through the August 2023 NRL22 Course of Fire. The August 2023 course of fire continues to amp up the difficulty compared to the first three matches of the 2023-2024 Season.

The August 2023 COF introduces using the match provided tripod as an optional support prop during one of the stages.
