On 26 April 2026 we held the April 2026 NRL22 match at the West End Gun Club marking the last match of the 2025-2026 NRL22 Season. There was no footage of the March 2026 NRL22 match at the WEGC because I was out of town during the match day and another match director ran the match in my absence.
Since the February 2026 NRL22 match at the WEGC was cancelled due to weather (rains resulted in a flooded creek, causing a range closure), this is actually the first NRL22 match I shot since January (3 months ago).
Due to my recent nerve pain issues, I was not sure if I would be able to shoot during this match. However, my nerve pain flare-up has lessened the past few days and I was feeling capable with a little pain in some shooting positions and movements.
In light of this, I opted to run my 10/22 because it is lighter than my bolt rifles. Not to mention, I wanted more time with the 10/22 in a competitive scenario before I wrote and published an article on the build and the Victor Company RPG Chassis.
