Range Vlog #363 – 2026-05-09

I went to the range on a busy Saturday morning to try out the TacSol R1 Rotary Magazine for the 10/22. This is an aluminum magazine made by TacSol as a direct replacement to a standard Ruger factory 10/22 rotary magazine.

Also, I finally brought out the Alta Arms rimfire magazine for the Vudoo action. I acquired one several months ago after seeing a couple of these magazines at my NRL22 venue. I have no real need for one, but I wanted to try one out.

For this range session, I used a newly acquired Eberlestock Upranger. I actually was not very keen on this backpack when I saw it. However, as I looked at it from time to time over the past several months, I did see the benefits of what it offered so I picked one up to try out for flat-range matches.
