Just because you play Tony Hawk Pro Skater doesn’t mean you can skate in real life.

Lots of people play video games. Some people take what they do in video games and apply them in real life. Some to the extreme.

But what annoys me a lot on campus are the amateur skateboarders who are constantly trying to perform kick flips, grinds, and whatever other tricks they are able to pull off in Tony Hawk Pro Skater on their Playstation. I admire the passion of trying to practice your sport, but please, practice in the confines of a skate park or some non-public area. It’s just pathetic to walk across campus and see some kid attempt 20 kick flip in a row and convert none of them.
